Oberkochen, Germany, November 8, 2013

Sun rays are flickering through the orange and yellow tree tops that already started thinning out weeks ago. I enjoy the mild autumn breeze that puts the leaves around my feet in motion while I'm strolling through the forest that separates the main part of my hometown and the area I have been living in for 18 years of my life:  I'm visiting Germany for a week and before I'm leaving for Munich the following day I'm paying my dear grandma a visit.

Of course the fingers of my right hand are clutched around the grip of my camera but so far nothing noteworthy caught my eye. I turn right on the path that circles around the whole area thinking about the following days. My subconscious knows the way, my feet point me to the stairs that lead down to the city.

On the third step from the top I stop. Something has caught my eye. Click.
