I'm spending the weekend with good friends in their home near Naas. I love being here where - compared to Dublin - its different and so much quieter. In the evenings I like to step out of the door with my camera as I still find the sparse landscape utterly fascinating. Today everything is covered in fog, one that wraps the surrounding woods and power poles in a way so that they become almost mysteriously hidden. Soon I'm drawn back inside, it is too cold to stay outside for long.
