The picture is one of the 6 shots I took last week before I decided to dump myself and my camera into the canal. First thing I did that evening was saving the pictures from the card (still worked, love this technic we have today) and dropping my camera into a bowl of rice to let it dry. The shot up there I still like because of its colors, its depth of field and its slight vignette - totally out of camera.

The great news: Canon builds cameras you should name "Tanks". Or in my case "Submarine". The thing is working again. I tested it yesterday and jumped around out of joy. I don't know how this could work or whether I only was lucky once more (and I don't want to know, I am happy enough that it is working) but it made the week for me. Me without a camera just wouldn't work. And a nice fact: Today I had 3 cameras in my bag. Nice feeling ;)
