Its the third time I'm walking through this halfway. Coming out of the bedroom were I shot a interior panorama, I'm about to photograph the bathroom on the opposite side as Rudi once again notes that the bathroom is important and absolutely has to be photographed. Very well.
In front of the bathroom I shut off the hallway's light as it produces unattractive shadows in the bathroom and start photographing this rather uninteresting tiled something. There are objects that are tremendously hard to shoot in a pleasing way and this bathroom unfortunately belongs to this group. Once I'm finished I turn around.
The natural frame that the door creates fascinated me twice already. Together with the darkened hallway though it creates something new, something superior. I want to pause a bit, to take this image in, but Rudi wants to move on, the children's rooms are next on the list. Pity. Click.
