There are lights and decorations everywhere, Santas, angels, reindeers, everything is in red and gold. Somehow it still doesn't feel like Christmas here. To compensate that there will be an advent calendar here, just like last year. A photo every day, trying to find something christmas-ish if that is possible here.
This is a impression of St. Stephens Green Shopping Centre here in Dublin. Some of you may have seen it already on my Ireland-Blog but there it was a shot with my trusty iPhone whereas this one was shot with my DSLR and also is a panorama. I was there 3 weeks ago with Bruna and Claudia to shoot stuff for the assignments and to find a cookie-box for a pinhole camera.
All in all you can say that the Irish try really hard to compensate not having snow. The place that is most over-the-top would be Dundrum but that is for a different day :)
